In order to maintain their studies and the expenses that are generated daily in their homes, some Mexican students look for accessible jobs that allow them to continue working and at the same time make a profit.
Among the most common options are working in cafes, stationery stores, department stores, amusement parks and even gas stations.
To find out more about these people, Grupo Chile Mobile Number List Imagen made the decision to carry out an investigation in which it was concluded that, in the case of young women who work at a gas station, they suffer from workplace harassment both to be able to go to work at the place and to stay with the position.
Inés Santacruz, who barely finished high school, commented that at gas stations_
They ask that someone sleep with them to let us work, we suffer from harassment, they don't let us work, and if we already go to work they make our lives impossible until one of us gets bored and better leave, for not agreeing to sleep with them .
Grupo Imagen took a tour of several gas stations in Mexico City that are operated by different companies, which offer fixed salaries that range between 500 and 700 pesos a week, and tips that range between 200 and 300 pesos a day; Even so, dispatchers must endure harassment from bosses, colleagues and even customers to obtain a tip that helps them increase their earnings.

One of these situations is experienced daily by Cinthia Ordaz, who is sexually harassed by the gas station manager and has to endure it to “earn” more money.
“The bosses say that if we sleep with them they could even increase our salary; Colleagues or clients themselves invite us out or ask us for our phone number and if we don't give it to them they get angry and leave and never come back.”
Given the problem and the lack of attention from the authorities, the workers at these gas stations have created strategies to avoid harassment.

At some point they think that, by being polite to them, we have other intentions... but it does put a brake on them and they are only attended to correctly, as it should be. They are not insulted or anything, we simply continue with our work, serving them and that's it.
